John and I moved into the village as a 3-generation family in 2004, our children grew up here and still live locally. I work locally as a headteacher and enjoy being involved in village and church events.

My passion for travel stems from a childhood in India, military service overseas, and a Churchill Fellowship - now reflected in chairing the Global Minds Commission, Brussels. I'm Devonian and love walking the coastline and moors.
